Viktória's Gardens in Stara Ľubovňa are a place where you can relax, have fun and recharge your batteries in a green area of 11 000 m2. You will find trees, a meadow, a place for a picnic or a concert. Dominantným prvkom je bludisko, ktoré je najväčšie svojho druhu v strednej Európe s rozlohou 6400 m2. V jeho strede sa nachádza vyhliadka Čertova skala.
The name Devil's Rock is connected to the legend of how the future castle lord had to fight with the devil for the construction of Ľubovňa Castle. If the castle lord wanted to complete his castle, he had to sell his soul to the devil. After the castle was completed, he regretted his promise and cancelled it. The devil grabbed a huge boulder and wanted to destroy the new castle with it. On the way, it slipped out of his hands and fell to the ground. To this day, in the form of rock needles located on the bank of the Poprad River. This boulder was named Devil's Rock and its abstract copy is the observation tower in the centre of the maze.
Alleys in natural maze reach a length of almost 2.3 km. 20 000 seedlings were used to create the maze and it took three years for them to reach a height of 200 cm. In the centre of the maze is lookout tower Devil's Rockwhich will give you the most beautiful view of Ľubovniansky castle. During the wandering you will find many surprises, creative tasks and you can come out of the maze as the lady of Ľubovnian or the knight of Ľubovnian.
