The primary task The City Information Office provides free information about cultural monuments, cultural, social and sporting events, attractions and leisure activities, accommodation, catering, etc.
MIK also provides various services for tourists and locals alike, such as: sale of souvenirs, maps and publications, luggage storage, photocopying, fax and small office services or pre-sale of tickets for events of various organizers in Poprad. The Poprad Municipal Information Office (MIK Poprad) is located on St. Egidius Square in Poprad.
MIK Poprad also carries out regular tours of St. Aegidius Square and Church and also guided tours of various types for groups of 5 persons or more on request.
