The wooden church of St. Michael the Archangel in Ruský Potok was built in 1740. Originally a Greek-Catholic church, it has been converted to the Orthodox Church since 2000.
The wooden church in Ruský Potok has classic log construction, on the tower and the columned vestibule. The body of the church tower is clad in boards and on the roof there is a specially shaped onion, a lantern with a canopy, two onions one above the other and a three-armed cross. At the end of the roof above the sanctuary is a simple turret with an onion and a three-armed cross.
In the interior of the temple there is four-row iconostasis, which is a national cultural monument. It is believed to date from the 18th century. The space for mounting the iconostasis is narrower than the iconostasis itself, so the first and last pairs of icons are bevelled.
Very valuable is in this wooden temple a cinerary with an icon of the Presentation of Christ dating from the 18th century a liturgical books from the 17th century.
The wooden bell tower was added to the church in 1956. It houses three bells from the bell tower in the tower.
