Healing effects mineral spring under the Calvary have been known to the locals for several generations. Although there is no bottling plant in the village, the Lackov residents value their water above all else. There are well-known more than five strands, but some of them are in inaccessible terrain. Perhaps the most famous of these is the spring located below the local Calvary, which is visited by people coming down from the Way of the Cross. The water from the spring in Lackova is weakly mineralised, especially with the content Calcium a Carbon. Among other things, it is suitable for drinking cures supporting the treatment of inappetence, calcium deficiency, chronic inflammation of the respiratory tract, kidneys and ureters.

The mineral spring is located in a gazebo, which is a suitable place for relaxation for both locals and visitors. Visitors to this place also have the opportunity to try Kneipp's pedaling Bath, which is one of the procedures that stimulate blood circulation. Kneipp therapy is a hydrotherapeutic hardening procedure based on the effect of the difference between heat and cold. Slow walking in cold water combined with high leg elevation causes irritation of the foot's thermoreceptors. The therapy has a beneficial effect on metabolism, improves blood circulation, tones muscles and contributes to the hardening of the body.
