Your adventure begins in the picturesque town of Stropkov, known for its rich history and cultural heritage. Before you set off on your tour, you can explore the historic centre with its Renaissance tower of the Church of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ from the 16th century, where the observation telescope is located.
The route starts in Sitnik. The first thing you will see on the route is the Ščerbovka lookout tower, then it continues through picturesque villages and landscapes that breathe the history of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Along the way, you will encounter various historical monuments that will give you an insight into the life and culture of the time. In Velkrop, don't miss a visit to the military cemetery. The route will lead you to the pilgrimage place Buková hôrka.
