Bardejov Spa has a café Sisi and modern gastronomy in Alexander
Right in the heart of the Bardejov Spa is the restaurant of the four-star congress hotel Alexander. It offers dishes of modern European gastronomy prepared from quality ingredients under the guidance of chef Marek Švar. The Lobby Bar is open all day long with a pleasant seating area in a cosy environment. In the spirit of Empress Sisi, who visited Bardejov Spa and spent 3 weeks here, at the end of May the Café at the Ozón Hotel was given a new name, which is now called "Café SISI". Its decoration and assortment reminds of the Empress.
Another popular restaurant in Bardejov Spa is Kúpeľná dvorana HEART. Preparatory work is also continuing on the peculiar 'Šariš inn' in the building called Karoly, which now has the status of a national cultural monument. After eight years, the recipes, ideas and experience of the Italian masters of cuisine were imported from Italy and further developed in the restaurant, which over time has evolved into a restaurant with a wide range of dishes (138 varieties), where 5 types of beer are offered with meals, with an emphasis on a pleasant environment and service. The restaurant is popular not only with local but also with foreign visitors.
- Restaurant NEXT RESTAURANT is located directly in the historical centre of Bardejov, in the medieval cellars. It is also suitable for families with children, has international and Slovak cuisine, gluten-free and vegetarian food.
