Above the town of Stropkov grew the second observation tower, from which there are beautiful views of the Ondava Highlands. Located on the top of Ščob. Vidieť ju možno už pri vstupe do mesta (zo smeru Domaša).
Three-storey observation tower was built as part of the Polish-Slovak cooperation project Carpathian Views on the cross-border tourist trail Korczyna - Stropkov. It is accessible from Bokše in the direction of Šandal through the forest from the former ski area. There is also a gazebo near the lookout tower where you can relax.

The second two-storey observation tower is located on the opposite hill Ščerbovka. You can see the city and its wide surroundings from it. This attraction is a part of the cycling trail In the footsteps of Austria-Hungary. Since its commissioning, more and more tourists are interested in the tower and often ask about it at the Tourist Information Centre in Stropkov. It can be reached by bicycle or on foot and you can enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside along the way.
The international cycling route Following the footsteps of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (blue trail) follows the historical Josephine Trail, which starts in Stropkov and continues to Rzeszów. On the Slovak side the route is 45 kilometres long, in Poland it is 99 kilometres long.
