The cycle route starts in the Stropkov district in the village of Vladiča - part of Driečna. It is 203 km long and leads to Pulawa in Poland. On the Slovak side there is a shorter part of the route (53 km). village museumthat will take you from the cradle to the grave. In addition to the interior of the 200-year-old temple, you can also admire historic firefighting equipment and wartime gear.
The cycle route, which is lined with bilingual information panels with a map and information for cyclists about the surrounding natural and cultural heritage, passes through the villages of Vladiča, Staškovce, Makovce, Havaj, Malá Poľana, Miková, Rokytovce, Krásny Brod, the town of Medzilaborce, the villages of Habura and Čertižné, and heads to the Polish side, where you can continue to the village of Jaśliska, or return via the highest point of the route - the hill of Kút (697 m. altitude) to Driečná. The route offers the visitor unusual views of the Beskydy Mountains along landscaped, natural and road roads. You will find gazebos with a fireplace, which can serve for a pleasant rest with refreshments or overnight in your own sleeping bag. You will pass through interesting places, so if you find some time, don't forget to go at least to the monastery in Krásný Brod and the nearby Devil's Stone, don't forget to visit the Andy Warhol Museum of Modern Art or the mini-cannery in Medzilaborce, and be sure to go to Prince Laborec, whose statue towers over the village of Habura. If you will be in Certižno, go to see the memorial room of the important Ruthenian awakener Adolf I. Dobriansky, who is buried in the local cemetery.
