The Park of Culture and Leisure (PKO) and the city of Prešov invite you to the second year of the Treasures of the Region - Prešov Exhibition Markets, which will take place on 22-24 September 2023 on the Main Street in Prešov. This exceptional event will once again showcase authentic products and activities of local companies and organisations.
This year's novelty will be local design handmade market - MAME marketwhich will bring original sellers and creators with their specific brand to the centre of Prešov. The legendary Veteran Šariš club Prešov with a tour of rare historic vehicles.
The main pillar of the event is its rich cultural programme, which will enhance the exceptional atmosphere in the city centre. Peter Lipa, the most famous Slovak jazzman and legend of the Slovak music scene, whose performance will be one of the highlights of the programme and especially at this event we will celebrate his beautiful 80th anniversary together. He will be joined by singers Kristína and Katka Koščová with Daniel Špiner, the groups ElevenHill, Chiki liki tu-a, AMC Trio, Arythmia and for the little ones Paci Pac and pupils from ABC Leisure Time Centre will perform.
Scents from around the world and music from vinyl records will also spread through the region's treasures, thanks to the popular Prešov Street Food Festivalwhere visitors will be able to taste a variety of delicious food and drinks with a selection of local and exotic cuisine.
Visitors are in for an exceptional experience that will highlight the unique character, talents and rich history of our region.
