Safe holidays in the High Tatras region

Throughout the winter season, a list of the current rules in effect, test sites and other up-to-date information will be posted on an ongoing basis on  www.regiontatry.sk/without permission

Accommodated guests:

• 
  

  any person using hotel and similar services shall must be demonstrated by confirmation of a negative antigen test result for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours or a negative RT-PCR test result for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours</strong>; this obligation does not apply to children under 10 years of age

Tourists:

• 
  

  in public and indoors is obligatory to have the upper respiratory tract covered in an appropriate manner

• 
  

  it is not obligatory to show the result of the COVID-19 test while walking, hiking and staying in the nature in the Tatras

Skiers, use of services such as ski lifts, cable cars (hands - drape - spacing)

• 
  

  any person using the services of cableway and lift operators shall must be demonstrated by confirmation of a negative antigen test result for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours or a negative RT-PCR test result for COVID-19 not older than 72 hours; this obligation does not apply to children under 10 years of age

Athletes (cross-country skiing, ski touring, joggers and other outdoor sports)

  in normal movement in public and indoors is obligatory to have the upper respiratory tract covered in an appropriate manner

• 
  

  in active sporting activities it is not compulsory to have a covered airway, however, we recommend taking personal responsibility and keeping a reasonable distance from other persons

Operation of SKIBUSOV:

• 
  

  It is mandatory to cover the upper airway in a suitable manner while driving. The Driver/Carrier has the right to exclude from the journey a passenger who refuses the specified conditions of carriage. Thank you for respecting the rules regarding COVID - 19

Public catering establishments:

• 
  

  on the basis of the measure, public catering establishments will be closed from 11 December 2020

• 
  

  the prohibition does not apply to public catering establishments dispensing food and drink packaged for takeaway or by means of a takeaway service

Recommendation:

• 
  

  save time and waiting, come to the High Tatras Region with an AG test already done from your place of stay

•
