- The activity is open to any citizen of a sovereign state

- Campaign participants get a discount on e-bike rental in TIC Poloniny 10%
- One campaigner is entitled to one badge
- Participants visit selected locations from the list of "Biking holidays in the Prešov region" or cycling events from the list "Calendar of cycling events in the Prešov Region"
- At the destination of the selected site, they will record their visit with their a photograph with a specific badge
- Participants in your account on the page www.cyklo.psk.sk record their visit to the selected site or event by attaching a photograph of the site as proof of the visit
- Activity participants record their visits to the selected locations for the Bajka Holiday truthfully and honestly
- Participants of the activity Holiday on a bayou in case of visiting at least 7 selected places from the list "Holiday on a bayou in the Prešov region " or from the list "Calendar of cycling events in the Prešov Region" get a package of Holidaymaker on a bayou
- Participants can substitute a visit to any three places from the list "Bajka Holiday in the Prešov Region" with a visit to a maximum of three events from the list "Calendar of cycling events in the Prešov Region"
- Photo edits that bring participants to the minimum number of attendance points to receive a Vacationer on a Buick package will be considered an exclusion from the "Vacation on a Buick" activity
- Participants take part in the activity on their own responsibility and in the knowledge that they are obeying the rules of the road
- Participants visit the selected sites at their own risk and at their own risk
- Participants in the activity agree to abide by any rules for cycling in the selected locations of the bayou holiday, where such rules apply to the selected location
- Participants confirm by registering
- Consent to the processing of personal data

How to create a photo during a visit from the list "Holiday on a bayou in the Prešov region"
For the purpose of evaluating this activity and for the possibility of receiving a Vacationer's package, participants in the "Bike Holiday" campaign are obliged to record their visit to the site with a photograph that clearly and distinctly identifies the participant, the bicycle (or electric bicycle) and a specific campaign badge. It is also possible to make a video recording/video which will be sent to the organisers' contacts, giving their permission to use it for promotional purposes.
Prize Giving - Package for a holiday maker on a bayou
- When the conditions of the campaign are fulfilled, the participant automatically receives a holiday package to take home:
- At the ceremony of handing over the holiday packages for the bayou with the participation of the President of the PSK and the Director of the KOCR at the PSK on the date announced by email to the participants who meet the conditions for participation
- In person at the PSK in the foyer after agreement with the organizer from 2.10.2023 (Námestie mieru 2, 080 01 Prešov)
