Another observation tower was added in the Prešov Region. It is located near the village of Údol in the Stará Ľubovňa district.
The observation tower is located near the cycle path connecting Údol with the village of Plaveč. The surroundings of Údol are also famous for the natural monument Údolské skalky, which consists of remarkable limestone cliffs.

The lookout tower has three floors and a height of 14.2 metres. It is made of spruce wood. Its top floor offers a panoramic view of the surrounding villages such as Plavnica, Hromoš, Ľubotín, Šarišské Jastrabie, Hajtovka and also the castle tower of Ľubovnianský castle.

The lookout tower was built in the summer of 2023. The implementation of the project, which also includes the modification of the cycling tower, was made possible by the grant funding of the Prešov Self-Governing Region. The county supported the creation of a new lookout tower above the village with 20 thousand euros through the Call for the Region programme.
