How about trying a round of golf during your trip or holiday in the High Tatras? No need to worry! Every Friday and Sunday it is possible to practice on the Black Stork golf course in Veľká Lomnica with beautiful views of the panorama of the Tatra Mountains.
It doesn't matter if you are a beginner, advanced or want to try golf for the first time. Every Friday and Sunday from 16:30 to 18:00 training under the supervision of experienced coaches. You can rent golf clubs and balls for training (15 € or 10 € / LGK member). Simultaneously there are also training for juniors in the second group - it is necessary to register in advance.
For those who dare to train on their own, the extensive training areas are free of charge (driving range, chipping area and putting green). For the second year running, the Vardon course is also available to players without a green card. This is also accommodated by extended playing time on each hole and starting times are after 15 minutes. The game is reasonably priced and there are discounted season tickets available for those interested. There is also a monthly tournament for beginnersto make beginners feel at home on the course.
Footgolf is an interesting form of golf played with a soccer ball and feet, popular among soccer players. There is an 18 hole footgolf course at the Vardon course.
Once a month in Black Stork Prepared by Open Day on the golf coursewhich will allow non-golfers to get their first contact with the game on 28 May, 25 June, 30 July, 27 August and 24 September 2023.
