The school bastion in Bardejov is a four-storey bastion with a lenticular plan with a new conical roof. It is accessible from the side of the town through an entrance with a stone portal.
On the second floor there is an opening with a portal and a door for hauling guns and ammunition upstairs. Traces of the connection to the defensive wall are still visible on both sides of the city wall and on the side away from the city cracks to the ochodza. On the outside, the enlarged Renaissance windows that replaced the original gunports are visible.
There was a water pipeline near the bastion, which is why it is marked as a water bastion in some documents. Nowadays it serves as a Depositary of the Natural History Department of the Šariš Museum.
