A selection of the most beautiful photographs of the Prešov Region, submitted by photographers to last year's Go and Shoot 2017 competition, can be admired by the public at a travelling exhibition. The current stop is the RED CLASTER of Smerdžonka in the picturesque Pieniny Mountains.
The Go and Shoot photography competition is a traditional competition of the Regional Tourism Organisation of the North-East of Slovakia. The task of photographers is to capture beauties and attractions of the Prešov region. The same was the case in the 5th edition of the photo competition in 2017. The winners were decided by an expert jury chaired by the well-known photographer Ján Štovka. In addition to the winners, the jury also selected other finalists of the competition, while together these are 41 final photos. The public can see them at travelling exhibition. Currently from 10 May 2018 in the Congress Hall of the Health House in KUPELY RED CLASSROOM Smerdžonka.
"The exhibition is free of charge, so do not hesitate and come and see the breathtaking shots from the Prešov region. In addition to this travelling exhibition, visitors can also admire as a bonus the large-format photographs of the surrounding area, which are a permanent part of our Congress Hall," Vladimír Šmída from the spa's marketing invites the public. The exhibition will be gladly made available to visitors by the spa staff, just inquire at the reception (daily 7.00 - 20.00).
The photos are printed in large formats, which enhances the experience of the shots. The travelling exhibition and the whole photography competition have a common idea - to introduce the public to interesting places in the Prešov Region that are worth a trip and a visit.
